- Use a fork to combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread the batter into a lightly greased 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake at 300 F for about 25 minutes or until the edges are nicely browned. Cool and cut into squares.
It is pretty amazing that you can get a "cake-like" texture without any dry ingredients. These are moist and chewy and flavorful. I cut the recipe in half and baked in an 8-inch square pan, and cut into 12 pieces, so the nutrition counts were half those listed (since I had smaller bars). The only other change I made was using crunchy peanut butter. Thanks for this keeper. Made for Spring 2013 PAC.
