From the Nescafe Cocktail Menu cookbook. One of my favourites!
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons nescafe red mug instant coffee granules
- 250 ml hot milk
- 6 nestle polo peppermint extract, crushed
- 3 teaspoons chocolate, melted
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon chocolate shavings, to garnish
- Combine everything in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into a mug, garnish with chocolate shavings and serve hot!
