    For garnishing

    Directions:

      Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.

      Cook the diced vegetables with a little bit of salt in them.

      Remove when the vegetables are fully done.

      Keep this aside.

      Saute the onions and tomato in a tsp.
    6. 6
      of oil.

      Mix the plain yogurt with the buttermilk.

      Keep aside.

      Ground together the ginger, green chillies, corriander leaves, raisins, cashewnuts, boiled vegetables, pineapple and apple.

      Keep aside.

      Now, mix the buttermilk-yogurt mixture with the tomatoes, onion, ground paste, fresh cream and salt.

      Garnish with chilli, garam masala and cumin powders.

      Serve chilled.
