Fried white rice and fish
- 1 tilapia fillet, filet
- 9.85 ml lime juice
- 2.46 ml lime zest
- 0.25 ml salt
- 0.25 ml black pepper
- 4.92 ml olive oil or 4.92 ml vegetable oil
- Coat both sides of fish with ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat pan with oil and place fish in pan. Cook each side for about 3 minutes (depending how thick the filet) at medium heat.
- Serve steaming hot. Serves 1.
