Didnt have any immediate solid plans for this, but I just like to keep pesto on hand. This version is so fresh tasting, and such a vibrant green (not like the dark green storebought pesto). I have a homemade pizza night happening soon, so I'm sure that I'll be using some of this there, as well as in pasta dishes and chicken salad (my two favorite places for pesto to be). Thanks for posting, I'm sure I'll be making this again in the future! Made for PAC Spring 2014
