I have used this pie crust recipe for years. It is always flakey.
- Blend first three ingredients with a pastry blender.
- Mix vinegar with water.
- Add to rest of ingredients with pastry blender until blended.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours to make it roll easier.
I love this recipe. I've used this one for years also and have always had an incredibly flaky crust.
