- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 10 -12 pieces dried beef
- 4 -6 slices bacon
- black pepper
directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
- PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN BAKING DISH.
- COMBINE CHICKEN SOUP AND MUSHROOM SOUP AND MIX THEN POUR OVER CHICKEN BREAST PEPPER LIGHTLY.
- THEN PLACE BEEF CHIPS AND BACON ON TOP.
- BAKE FOR ONE HOUR OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE.
- SERVE WITH RICE.
- NO NEED TO SALT BEEF CHIPS PROVIDE THE SALT.

i am disabled due to a heart attack and some days i feel good enought to cook dinner for my wife and daughter. i like easy to cook meals and the north carolina tarheels. i did cook a hamburger casserolle that i found in zaar the other night and it turned out great. boy was my wife impressed my pet peeve is i can not spell so how can i look up the words in the dictionary
