Mustard Mayonnaise

"A tasty mayonnaise. Great in potato salads or on burgers"

• Ingredients: 10
• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
• 1 1⁄4 cups salad oil
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon brandy or 1 tablespoon cognac
• 3 green onions, finely chopped

directions

1. Juice lemon.
2. Combine egg, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup oil in a blender.
3. While the machine is still running, slowly add remaining oil.
4. Blend in remaining ingredients.
