- 1⁄2 cup sweet & sour barbecue sauce (I use Kraft)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange zest, grated
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
directions
- Mix sauce, orange zest, orange juice and ginger in large resealable bag, add chicken. Seal bag, turn to cost evenly. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
- Remove chicken from bag, discard marinade. Bake chicken in 400F oven for 25-30 minutes, until done.
