I love mushrooms and this is perfect on any broiled or sauted fish.
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1⁄2 cup sliced green onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- Saute mushrooms& onions in butter til tender Add water, wine& worcestershire Bring to boil, reduce heat,& stir in mayo.
- Keep warm.
