- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup saltine (crushed)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into balls and put into muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
