ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups muesli
- 2 1⁄2 cups oats (I use quick oats.)
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds (Other seeds of similar textures may be substituted, or a mixture of seeds may be used.)
- 1 (400 g) can condensed milk
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries (May use frozen or fresh. I use frozen.)
- 1 cup apple (grated)
- 1⁄4 cup almond meal
directions
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Press into a (greased or lined) cooking tray, or shallow cooking tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
