Mr B's Tuna Round-Ups
"A simple, 1960s style munch."

ingredients
- 7 ounces cannned tuna
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise)
- 1⁄4 lb cheese, grated (cheddar or Emmenthal)
- 2 tablespoons pimentos
- 2 tablespoons olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons pickles, chopped or 2 tablespoons relish
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 dozen hamburger buns, 1 dozen English muffins or 2 dozen crumpets
directions
- Set oven to broil or 375°F.
- Mix all items in a bowl.
- Split buns or English muffins. Place face up on baking tray.
- Put a mound on half a bun.
- Bake until cheese is melted and topping bubbles.
