  • 7 ounces cannned tuna
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 12 cup salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise)
  • 14 lb cheese, grated (cheddar or Emmenthal)
  • 2 tablespoons pimentos
  • 2 tablespoons olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pickles, chopped or 2 tablespoons relish
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 dozen hamburger buns, 1 dozen English muffins or 2 dozen crumpets

directions

  • Set oven to broil or 375°F.
  • Mix all items in a bowl.
  • Split buns or English muffins. Place face up on baking tray.
  • Put a mound on half a bun.
  • Bake until cheese is melted and topping bubbles.
