This is easy to throw together and leave in the fridge. I like to serve it on jacket potatoes with a salad.
- Slice the mozzarella and lay them on a plate. Cover with the yoghurt.
- Use a vegetable peeler to peel the lemon rind, then chop this finely and add to the mozzarella. Squeeze the lemon juice over.
- Add the marjoram and the finely chopped chilli.
We LOVED it! Can't get any easier than this! I mixed some cayenne pepper with the yoghurt before drizzling and seasoned it a bit with salt and freshly ground pepper. I loved the combination of the lemon, zest and marjoram with a bite of chilli! I served it alongside a crisp salad and tomatoes. Thank you, Kitzy, for sharing this wonderful recipe.
