  • Place butt in crock pot and pour kraut with juice over butt.
  • Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
  • Pour off excess liquid and stir in BBQ sauce.
  • Serve on buns.

  4. I love sauerbraut but my family doesn't, so I used a 10 ounce can. I thought that was enough. All of us enjoyed it. Not as tastey as smoked but great to let cook while you are working. Will make again. Thanks!

I love to cook with friends. Grilling out by the pool is one of our favorite pastimes. One of my passions is surfing for new recipes. I love to travel.
