Trish this is a great recipe, I put in Spanish paprika in to pump it up, and put it on a pork roast, chick pea and coriander cakes, potatoe and chick pea salad (hot) with green beans. What a meal. Thanks for your recipe. Superb. Chris

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in a covered container.
  2. Rub into steaks prior to grilling or broiling.
  3. Enough for four to five steaks.
