I'm a Swedish student in my final year of journalism studies. I love to write and to cook.
At the moment I am fascinated by the African and Middle-Eastern cuisine. But my fascination tends to change with the weather. I am starting to feel that I want to get back to my Scandinavian roots, where fish, potatoes and creamy sauces dominate the kitchen. Ah, I will see where the wind takes me.
being a student and all, I have collected some cheap, easy made recipes. If you're a poor student, or just feeling for something easy, feel free to contact me.
