  • Start sauce simmering on low.
  • Mix meatball ingredients together and make walnut sized meatballs.
  • Fry in covered pan.
  • When browned add to sauce and cook for 10 more minutes.
  • If you want to add eggs, beat eggs and pour on top of sauce; cover and cook 5 more minutes until eggs are set.

  1. Made for a good Saturday football snack for us. The kids dove right into these,and instead of saving some for some spaghetti with meatballs tonight, we ended up with spaghetti, as this was a midday snack/meal. The combination of spices in the meatballs were a perfect fit, I reduced the salt in half all around. If you reduce the salt, you might want to reduce the pepper too, though it is not enhancing my review, since I don't really like to add salt to much of anything, except fries, etc, . The meatballs were nicely seasoned along with the sauce. Made for PRMR tag.
