Made for a good Saturday football snack for us. The kids dove right into these,and instead of saving some for some spaghetti with meatballs tonight, we ended up with spaghetti, as this was a midday snack/meal. The combination of spices in the meatballs were a perfect fit, I reduced the salt in half all around. If you reduce the salt, you might want to reduce the pepper too, though it is not enhancing my review, since I don't really like to add salt to much of anything, except fries, etc, . The meatballs were nicely seasoned along with the sauce. Made for PRMR tag.

  1. Start sauce simmering on low.
  2. Mix meatball ingredients together and make walnut sized meatballs.
  3. Fry in covered pan.
  4. When browned add to sauce and cook for 10 more minutes.
  5. If you want to add eggs, beat eggs and pour on top of sauce; cover and cook 5 more minutes until eggs are set.
