From the *Eye Openers* section of the Australian Women's Weekly "Cocktail Guide" cookbook to enjoy w/an unhurried breakfast, brunch or on a spec occasion. :-)
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1⁄2 ounce orange Curacao
- 1⁄2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Pernod
- 1 lemon twist (garnish) (optional)
- Put all ingredients into a sml shaker w/ice.
- Shake & then strain into a 3 oz serving glass.
