  • Combine collard greens, spinach, soymilk and maple syrup in tall, hand-blender-friendly container.
  • Hand blend enough to reduce vegetables to a thick liquid.
  • Add berries and flax seeds.
  • Hand blend to desired consistency. If mixture is too thick, add water.
