  1. Oh. Yeah. Wow, this is a potent java! Living in the sticks here, I did have to use what I have... Power was out, so I made the coffee nice and strong in a traditional Costa Rican drip bag (using awesome Costa Rican coffee grown right up the mountain from us!). Can't get Kahlua, but used a locally produced coffee liqueur. And Swiss Miss? Forget it, made my own with cocoa powder and powdered milk. No problem! Sitting here, watching a huge rain and thunderstorm roll in from the sea, but I'm nice and snug here with my amazing java. Thanks for posting! Made for Culinary Quest 2014.

  2. Great Mocha flavor. I really enjoyed this tasty drink. I made this as written and wouldn't change a thing. I garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkling of hot chocolate mix. Made for Culinary Quest 2014 - Suitcase Gourmets

  3. It's cool enough this evening in Seattle that I enjoyed a hot drink. I used Starbucks decaff, and Jaques Torres drinking chocolate in place of the Swiss Miss (like coffee and beer, we take our chocolate seriously too!) I nice treat. Made for Cruisin Culinary Queens

  4. Tasty coffee drink and perfect for after dinner. I added a very small spoon of vanilla ice cream to mine. Made for PAC spring 2009

  5. I have to go with the crowd on this one. This is a delightfully smooth and tasty coffee beverage. The added cocoa mix adds a nice touch of chocolate without making it too sweet to drink. It was the perfect starter for the cold, snowy morning we woke up to today.
