- 3 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
- 2 tablespoons ground chocolate (such as Ghiradelli's Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa)
- 1⁄2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- Combine espresso powder, dried milk, sugar, nondairy creamer, ground chocolate and cocoa in a plastic container.
- Place 2 tablespoons of mix in a cup.
- Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir.
- Can Be doubled or tripled.
