I believe the vinegar covers the raw eggs issue, but use your own judgment. This is an old recipe.
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt, more to taste
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Blend in blender.
- Keeps for months in the refrigerator.
