  • Whisk the eggs and heavy whipping cream until well blended.
  • Fry bacon and let cool.
  • Cut avocado into small pieces.
  • Chop onion.
  • Tear cooled bacon into small pieces.
  • Shred cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture into hot skillet. Add bacon, avocado and onions.
  • Cook until half way done.
  • Add cheese.
  • Top with sour cream.
