- 1360.77 g small red potatoes, quartered
- 118.29 ml chopped celery
- 118.29 ml chopped green pepper
- 118.29 ml chopped green onion
- 236.59 ml frozen corn, thawed
- 157.80 ml mayonnaise or 157.80 ml salad dressing
- 4.92 ml chili powder
- 2.46 ml ground cumin
- 14.79 ml cilantro
directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 10-12 minutes or until fork-tender; drain; rinse with cold water; drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix mayonnaise (or salad dressing) and seasonings. Add potatoes, celery, pepper, onion, and corn. Gently mix all together to coat. Chill.
