ingredients
- 340.19 g bag tortilla chips, coursely crushed (I like Santitos)
- 680.38 g hamburger
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 (14.17 g) package taco seasoning
- 425.24 g can ranch style beans
- 283.49 g can rotel
- 340.19 g can cream of chicken soup
- 453.59 g shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Brown onion and hambuger, drain and add rest of ingredients except cheese and chips.
- In a 9x12 baking dish spread half the chips on the bottom and add half of the meat mixture and top with 1/2 of the cheese.
- repeat layer ending in cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
