    Chads Cook's Note:

This stuff is wonderful and fairly easy to fix! My friend, Deana makes this for all our work parties! I have guessed at cooking time, because I really have no clue how long it takes to brown the sausage or melt the cheese! It would depend on your method! Servings are also approximate, as we just spoon a bunch into a bowl with our chips.

I've been making a version of this for quite awhile. It is really good and very easy. I brown sausage (or hamburger) and drain. I use regular velveeta (instead of the mexican style). I use rotel original (instead of plain tomatoes). Put it all in the crockpot.
