Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 12 ounce melon liqueur
  • frozen melon ball, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka and pineapple juice. Shake. Strain into a martini glass. Slowly pour the melon liqueur into the glass. It will sink to the bottom. Garnish with frozen melon balls skewered on stir-sticks and serve immediately.

a little too sweet for my taste, but still refreshing. I did not do the frozen melon balls, way too much work for two drinks :)
