This one is awesome on beef and chicken both. It also tastes great sprinkled on potatoes.
- 2 tablespoons fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, Crushed
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Mix together ingredients (make sure you crush the fennel and mustard well).
