We've been topping our meatloaf with this super-easy sauce for years. Makes enough to top one meatloaf (8 slices from a pyrex-type loaf pan).
- Blend all ingredients.
- Spoon over top of meatloaf during the last 20 - 30 minutes of cooking.

We liked this topping. I chose to not add as much but just enough to give it a taste.
