Mary's Taco Soup

"This is a yummy soup that my cousin's wife usually brings to our family gatherings. It's so easy to make, and my kids love it! It also freezes well, so I usually make a big batch. Works well on the stove or in the crock-pot."

  1. I made this on the stove top but followed the recipe as written. This was good but a tad spicy for me (yes I am a whimp) I guess it was from the chili beans. I enjoyed this for dinner and froze some for lunches too. It heated up nicely.
