- 283.49 g cascadian farm organic winter squash
- 29.58 ml orange juice concentrate
- 29.58 ml maple syrup
- 1.23 ml nutmeg
- 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1.23 ml white pepper
- salt, to taste
- 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 59.14 ml craisins (optional)
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook squash according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine warm squash and remaining ingredients (EXCEPT brown sugar). Pour into an ovenproof casserole dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling on surface.
