  • 2 medium potatoes, parboiled and thickly sliced
  • 2 whole herrings, cleaned
  • onion, slices

directions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place potatoes in a shallow baking dish.
  • Place fish on top of potatoes.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until fish and potatoes are cooked.
  • Serve with raw onion.
