Magic Mayonnaise

"Easy Homemade Mayonnaise recipe posted per a board request."

• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• 1 egg

directions

1. In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients; beat.
2. until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
3. Chill to blend flavors.
4. Store leftovers in a clean jar.

Thanks for posting this Steve. I used to make this many years ago then stopped in favour of ready-made store bought for no other reason than time, then managed to lose the recipe. Now I'm back to my old favourite with the tangy taste. Much better than store bought. Cheers & good cooking, JenT :)
