This was a quick and easy dish to make. The honey component added just the right amount of sweet and overall the dish is not spicy. I added one extra scallion and celery stick just to add a little more crunch and color otherwise this dish is perfect as is!!


  1. cook 1 pound elbow macaroni al dente in sea salt -- drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. in a large bowl -- add noodles, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper,juiliened carrots,celery, curry powder,honey, mayonnaise and scallions -- mix well.
  3. chill for 1 hour.
