Macaroni and Cheese Bundt Delight

- 2 (396.89 g) package creamettes elbow macaroni (4 cups uncooked)
- 59.14 ml chopped onion
- 236.59 ml sliced stuffed olives
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 295.73 ml light cream
- 14.79 ml seasoning salt
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 236.59 ml grated parmesan cheese
- 709.77 ml grated American cheese
- 29.58 ml butter or 29.58 ml margarine
directions
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions; Drain.
- Combine onion, olives, eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
- Add macaroni, Parmesan cheese, and American cheese and toss together.
- Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan with butter or margarine and lightly sprinkle with flour.
- Pour macaroni mixture into Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
- Loosen edges with rubber spatula and invert onto serving platter.

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat!
