I haven't tried this yet but it should be good
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces cooked macaroni
- Melt margarine over medium heat and stir in flour, making a roux.
- Add milk with a wire whisk and continue cooking until thickened.
- Add the cheese.
- Stir until cheese is completely melted, then pour over hot pasta and serve.
