updated recipe so I can eat mac n cheese
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup rice flour
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
- 8 ounces gluten-free pasta
- Cook noodles according to instructions on package.
- Meanwhihle, melt butter and mix in rice flour.
- Cook until thick and pasty.
- Add Velveeta and milk.
- Stir until smooth.
- Microwave until smooth and bubbly.
- Add noodles and cook in microwave 4-5 minutes.
