From Vegetarian Times; a Costa Rican favorite.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ripe cantaloupe, cut in 1-inch pieces (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • sugar, to taste
  • 5 -6 ice cubes


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender; puree until smooth.
  2. Serve in tall glasses with a cantaloupe spear decorating the rim of each glass.
