Looking for something to do with the syrup from a can of lychees? Here's a nice way to enjoy it and get some antioxidants from green tea at the same time! From Melody Lan at Asiance Magazine.
- Blend the lychee “juice” with the tea.
- Throw in some fresh mint leaves and lightly grind into the tea mixture.
- Serve over ice!
- If the tea isn’t sweet enough for you, add more lychee syrup.
This was a lovely subtle tea Jen. I enjoyed this quiet wonder with its delicate flavors. I did add a few lychees nuts to the glass, along with the mint. It was very tasty.
