- 226.79 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 118.29 ml reduced fat margarine
- 118.29 ml unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2.46 ml salt
- 3.69 ml pepper
- 946.36 ml fat free chicken broth
- 236.59 ml low-fat milk
- 283.49 g package frozen spinach, cooked & drained
directions
- Saute mushrooms in margarine until tender in large saucepan over medium flame.
- Add flour, salt and pepper; cook 1 minute.
- Gradually add broth and milk; cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Add spinach and heat through.
