Easy and quick. One serving is 3/4 cup.
Make and share this Low Gl Iced Coffee Frappé recipe from Food.com.
- Combine the instant coffee, sugar, ice cubes, and water in a cocktail shaker or wide-mouth jar with tight fitting lid. Secure lid and shake vigorously until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass, add the soy milk and stir to mix. Sprinkle the cinnamon and serve with a straw.
This is delicious and so very easy to make. I'm thrilled to have found a recipe for iced coffee that is not loaded with calories and tastes like the "real thing". Many thanks!
Very easy and quick indeed. I doubled the recipe for me and DH. added 1 tsp hot water in the blender and doubled the SucraDiet. It's sweet, strong and delicious. Great to have when we need to be awake even at midnight. Thanks! P.S. I made another one again this time as is (no 1 tsp hot water) as soon as I finished it. This time used, decaf.
