Low Fat Ras Malai

"adapted from the desicookbook, link: http://www.desicookbook.com/recipe.aspx?Recipe=57 So I've tried this and it turned out to be pretty amazing, and better yet its soooo low on calories and fat, altho this dish is traditionally a very heavy dessert, this version tastes just as good, without the added fat. And when ur forming the dough into little balls u'll want to have wet hands, otherwise they're sort of impossible, and u need to keep in mind these balls are going to swell up, double or triple in size, so make them very small."
