Great wings!! I couldn't find chicken salt so I subbed in garlic salt instead and used Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning for the dried herbs. Baked at 425 for about 40 minutes. These really do end up being quite crispy. I also added a touch more cayenne pepper which I think worked out really well. Yum! Thanks Sonya!

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  3. Prepare the chicken wings by taking off the tip and cutting them in half at the joint (this does not have to be done, but I always do my wings this way).
  4. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large plastic bag.
  5. Spray the wings with oil.
  6. Add about a third of them to the flour mixture and shake until well coated.
  7. Place on prepared baking trays.
  8. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  9. Spray chicken with oil again.
  10. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
  11. Serve with fries or salad.
