- 8 ounces uncooked mostaccioli pasta (tube shaped pasta)
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemons, rind of
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1⁄4 cup sliced almonds
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Drain; rinse with cold water.
- In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, sugar,lemon peel and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add pasta and all remaining ingredients to dressing mix.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
