Low-Fat Berry Good Smoothie

This was good. I did not added other fruits though, just the bananas, but added some pomegranate juice and some acai juice to it. Forgot the honey too, but still good enough for us.

  1. Combine the kefir, grape juice, honey and banana in a blender.
  2. Add the berries and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain or put through sieve {note: I don't strain}.
  4. I eliminate the blackberries
