Low fat Asparagus Italian style

This easy dish reminds me of spring. The dressing gives it a little zing for people not fond of asparagus. I love it but now the rest of my family loves it too!


  1. Steam asparagus in non stick frying pan until just tender.
  2. Drain and lightly butter.
  3. Toss with Low Fat Italian dressing to coat.

Wow! This was very clever and tasty too. I used creamy Italian dressing and opted to just drizzle the dressing over the asparagus instead of coating the whole thing. Thanks for posting! Made for Bargain Basement tag.
