I don't know where this recipe came from,but they are great for low carb diets. They are rather delicate to handle.I use 2 spatulas for frying
- Mix 1st 5 ingredients.
- Form 4 rolls.
- Gently roll them in the wheat germ to coat.
- Fry in oil,turning gently until crispy on all sides.
