This is a combination of recipes I found on the site with Splenda substituting the sugar.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. For crust, mix all four ingredients until moistened.
  3. Press into greased pie pan or spring form pan.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. For filling, whip heavy cream and Splenda until stiff. Set aside.
  7. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Add sour cream, vanilla, and Splenda. Mix well.
  9. Fold whipped cream into filling mix.
  10. Spread filling on top of crust.
  11. Chill for 4-8 hours. If filling is too soft cheesecake can be frozen.
