Low Calorie Noodles With Peanut Sauce

I have changes this recipe a bit from the lean & lucious cook book. It is a hit in my house.


  1. Plece room temperature noodles in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well, until blended. (If you are using a thinker type of peanut butter you may need to use more water).
  3. Spoon over noodles and serve.

This turned out very good! I followed the recipe except I added 2 teaspoons sugar. My kids loved it so it will be a regular in our house. Thanks for the very quick and easy meal!
